Atulos Online update in the works - Now Released!!

Just an update on the progress of this release:

It is basically finished and just needs a few finishing touches, and will be released in 3 or 4 days.

The update consists of a previously unreleased area, called the Caves, that can be accessed by players who have the 6th Orb from winning the first battle with Atulos. (Players should note, that if you have the 6th Orb you can gain permanent access to the Lost Chamber, which makes getting the blacksmith upgrades in the Mine and Shaft much easier, and believe me when I say, you will need those upgrades).

The Caves is a hidden Area that Atulos has retreated to in order to gain strength for his coming conquest of the land and restoration of the Kingdom of Arkaria, that he once ruled.

Therefore the first challenge will be to find the location of the Caves. In the update, there are 2 clues as to where they are located. The new area has not been randomly placed, and the location makes logical sense. I am not going to give any hints as to where to look, but the first place to look for a clue, should be obvious!

The Caves Area itself, is by far the hardest area in the game, and is designed specifically for high level players. It is here that you will once again face all the boss enemies of the game, who have gained strength with the return of Atulos, and in some cases have multiplied in number. Of course Atulos himself makes an appearance, and in a similar way to the first encounter, there is a trick to defeating him, that you will have to figure out. The Mighty Lord Atulos can not easily be defeated, and many will fall slain before him!

This update will become available in 3 to 4 days, and I will keep you posted concerning it's release.

The update has been released as a patch. In order to use the patch you must have the most recent version of Premier installed.

To install,

1. Download the patch

 2. Run the patch (double click on it)

3. In the patch application, browse to your current Atulos folder and click on Update.

4. Wait for a minute and it will tell you if it has successfully updated or not.

This patch is for high level players, who have obtained the 6th Orb from defeating Atulos. You will notice that the message that Arphax gives you after Atulos is defeated has now changed and contains a clue as to what to do next ;)

Please report anything concerning the new update here (bugs, questions etc.)

There will be a full download available in a few days for anyone that has problems with patching.

I get the same trouble here. I remember this to have happend with the ultimate patch recently.
